About Me

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University (NCSU). At NCSU, I lead the Wolfpack Interactive, Sensing, and Networking Lab and am a member of the Networking Research Group. I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University. My research interests lie in the broad areas of Mobile Sensing and Computing, Internet of Things, and Computer Networks, with a focus on wireless sensing with ubiquitous modalities (such as radio signals, sound, light) and network measurement and modeling.

My detailed CV can be downloaded here.

I am always looking for self-motivated and hard-working graduate students who are interested in Mobile Sensing and Computing, Internet of Things, and/or Computer Networks. Students with a relatively strong mathematical background are preferred. If you are interested, please first go through this page, and then send me an email.
